You can send a gift basket to your loved one through CorrectPay (if their facility supports this service). Follow the steps below:
🔗 Step 1: Go to CorrectPay.com
📍 Step 2: Select the Facility
- From the homepage, select the state where the facility is located.
- Choose the facility name where your loved one resides.
⚠️ Note: If “Gift Basket” does not appear as a service, this means the facility does not currently support gift basket purchases.
👤 Step 3: Log Into Your Account
- Use your email address as your username.

➕ Step 4: Add Your Loved One
- Click "My Individuals"
- Click "Add New Individual"
- Enter the facility name and inmate’s full name
- Click "Save"
🛒 Step 5: Purchase the Gift Basket
- Under your inmate's profile, click "Select Service"
- Choose "Gift Basket"
- Click "Add to Cart" next to the basket you want to send
(You can also click “View Contents” to see what's inside.) - Click "Continue Transaction"
- Enter your payment and billing information to complete the purchase
