Collect Message from Tech Accounts
If you do not wish to make a separate deposit into the resident's tech account, the resident has the option to send a "collect message" to you.
When the resident selects "Collect Message" from their end, once they type their message and send it to you, you will receive a message asking if you will accept the collected message. If you select yes, the funds from the message will come out of your personal tech account.
Unfortunately, the funds from your personal tech account are non-transferable to the resident's account as the system is not set up for that.
There are also pop-ups you must read or accept acknowledging the deposit you are about to complete, stating where the funds are going (your account or the resident's account, depending on which you selected—personal tech account vs. inmate tech account).
