🎟️ How to Create and Use a FL DOC Voucher for Payments

1. Step 1: Create Your Voucher Online

2. Go to www.correctpay.com/florida and follow these steps:

3. A. Click “Get Started”
   B. Select “Court Ordered Payments”
   C. Enter your DC Number and click “Search”
   D. Enter the Payment Amount and click “Pay Now”
   E. Fill out all the red highlighted fields, then click “Continue”
   F. Click “Submit” to generate your voucher

6. Step 2: Find a CheckFree Pay Payment Center

7. Visit www.checkfreepay.com

8. Enter your zip code or street address into the Payment Center Locator search bar

9. Type “FL Dept of Corrections” exactly as shown into the biller search

   1. Make sure the spelling is exact! (Typing “florida,” “fdc,” or “fl doc” won’t work)

   2. You can type “FL D” and the correct biller should appear as the only suggestion (not case sensitive)

10. Scroll through the Location List to find a registered Payment Center near you

    1. If the biller search wasn’t successful, the map might show centers that don’t process this payment

12. Step 3: Make Your Payment at the Payment Center

13. 📌 What to bring:

14. Printed or electronic copy of your voucher

15. Government-issued ID (Driver’s License)

16. Cash for the payment + $3.95 processing fee

17. Go to the Customer Service desk

18. Tell them you want to make a payment to FL Dept of Corrections

19. The representative will ask for your ID, payment amount, and the voucher/account number (must match exactly)

20. The $3.95 processing fee will be added to your total payment

21. Once payment is accepted, you’ll receive a receipt
