To add Funds to your Personal Tech Account.
1. Login to your CorrectPay account
2. Head to Account Home.
3. Locate the "Fund My Tech Account" tab.
4. Agree to the Fine Print
5. Add your funds
After completing these steps, you are done.
Important Announcement
For both personal and inmate tech accounts, there are NO refunds for ANY reason and cannot be transferred to any other service. If the inmate you communicate with is released from jail, the funds will not be refunded. All incoming and outgoing messages are subject to review, censorship, or rejection by the correctional facility. Should service be denied for disciplinary reasons, technical difficulties, or any other reason, no refund will be given.
