To make a payment using the app:
Open the app and find:
🚓 “COPS/PROBATION PAYMENT”Select 💼 “Make a Payment as a Guest”
(Choose Court Ordered Payment)Enter the inmate’s 🆔 DC Number

That’s it! Your payment will be processed.

To make a payment using the automated system, follow these steps:
Press 1 to make a payment.
Press 8 if your payment is for the State of Florida.
Press 1 to make a Court-Ordered Payment.

NOTE: A DC# (Department of Corrections Number) is required to make a COPS/Probation payment, even if the offender is not currently incarcerated. The DC# serves as the offender’s identification number and is necessary to ensure payments are correctly applied to their outstanding fees.
