You will need to visit CorrectPay.com, and follow steps 1, 2, and 3 . If the option to "Tech Account" does NOT appear, then you will need to contact the facility to see who they use for their Commissary depositing service.
For the CorrectPay App:
Select the "Tech Account “then select the location of the inmate, and finally select the facility where the inmate is located.
Then hit continue, it should take you to another page where you can select the inmate you are trying to reach. Some facilities require you to have a visitor account before making a deposit for Tech Account. When you get to the log in page please log or if you have not created an account, please register for one.
Important Announcement
For both personal and inmate tech accounts, there are NO refunds for ANY reason and cannot be transferred to any other service. If the inmate you communicate with is released from jail, the funds will not be refunded. All incoming and outgoing messages are subject to review, censorship, or rejection by the correctional facility. Should service be denied for disciplinary reasons, technical difficulties, or any other reason, no refund will be given.
