If you need to update the card used for AutoPay for your court ordered and restitution payment, follow the steps below. Please note that for security reasons, we cannot access or make changes to your account on your behalf—but we’re happy to guide you through the process.
🔐 Step 1: Log In to Your Account
Sign in to your account using your username and password.
⚙️ Step 2: Go to AutoPay
Navigate to the AutoPay section and select Manage.
💳 Step 3: Add a New Payment Method
Choose Add New Payment Method and enter your new card information.
✅ Step 4: Confirm Your AutoPay Setup
Make sure the new card appears as linked to your AutoPay.
🔄 If the New Card Does Not Appear
If you don’t see the new card linked to AutoPay:
❌ Unenroll from AutoPay
🔁 Re-enroll in AutoPay
💳 Enter your new card information during setup

You should be able to update your payment method by adding a new card
For your security, customer support cannot log in or make changes to your account
Always confirm the correct card is linked before leaving the page
