How do I know my inmate has received the gift basket?
You can call the facility to ask if a gift basket was delivered for your loved one.
Currently, the facility's staff are responsible for fulfillment confirmation. This means we are unable to confirm if the resident has received the gift basket. Please reach out to the facility for confirmation.
