Saving Payment Method to Visitor Account
If you’re having difficulty saving a payment type to your account, you will still be able to continue through with your transaction, however, you will have to start the process from the beginning with starting your desired service. will simply have to add your payment method at the end. Under where you add your card information there is a box you can select to save payment to your account.

You will need to visit CorrectPay.com, and follow steps 1, 2, and 3. If the option to "Commissary Deposit" does NOT appear, then you will need to contact the facility to see who they use for their Commissary depositing service.  
 
For the CorrectPay App:  
Select the "Commissary deposit “then select the location of the inmate, and finally select the facility where the inmate is located. 
 
Then hit continue, it should take you to another page where you can select the inmate you are trying to reach.  Some facilities require you to have a visitor account before making a deposit for Commissary. When you get to the log in page please log or if you have not created an account, please register for one.
