If you have a visitor account, follow these steps to unblock an inmate:
Log in to your CorrectPay account and select “My Blocked Individuals.”
Find the inmate you want to unblock and click “Remove.”
Confirm by selecting “Remove” again to complete the unblocking.
Don’t have a visitor account?
If you need to unblock a resident from messaging you but don’t have a visitor account, please email support@correctpay.com with the following info:

Resident’s first and last name
-
Facility county and state
-
Your phone number and/or email address to be unblocked
