⚠️ What Happens to Deposits When There Are Open Fees?
If the inmate has any open fees on their account — such as:

Court fees

Medical fees

Intake fees

Other outstanding charges
then any funds deposited will be applied to those fees first.
🛒 When Will Commissary Funds Be Fully Available?
Once all outstanding fees are paid, the inmate will have full access to their commissary funds and can use them for purchases as usual.
