🧭 Step-by-Step Guide to Deposit Money via CorrectPay

1. Go to the Website

   • Visit www.correctpay.com.

2. Login or Create an Account

   • On the main screen, open the menu (three white lines in the green box at the top) Or login

   • If you’re new, create an account by following the prompts.
      

3. Access Your Dashboard

   • Once logged in, Choose “My Individuals” to see the person(s) you’re connected with.
     

4. Select the Individual

   • If you have not added your resident click " ADD NEW INDIVIDAUL"

   • Enter the inmate’s name, ID, or DC# to confirm.

   • Click on the person’s name 

   • Click “Select Service.”

5. Choose “Start Deposit (Credit)”
    

   • If the option appears, select Start Deposit(Credit) and follow the payment prompts.

6. Verify and Complete

   • Review your payment info and submit.

   • You may need to verify your email, phone number, or upload photo ID depending on the facility.
     
     For FL DOC you are required to be an approved depositor. To apply please visit 
     https://www.fdc.myflorida.com/institutions/send-an-inmate-funds 
     
     Your name will need to be exactly the way it is approved on your application. 
     Please note that Correct Pay does not approve your application. For any questions please call classification officer at the facility.
