🔒 The funds legally belong to the inmate once deposited.
➡️ That means we cannot issue a refund, even if they’ve been released. Only the inmate can access those funds after release.
📞 Phone Time Deposits:
If you added funds for phone time and the inmate has been released:
☎️ The inmate will need to contact the phone service provider directly to ask about a refund for unused minutes.
