A Client ID or PID Number is a unique Personal Identification Number given by your probation officer when involved with AR DOC supervision payments.
- It helps you access your CorrectPay account, search your information, and manage supervision fees.
- Use it to log in securely, check payment status, and stay compliant with your probation terms.
- This number makes communication with your probation officer easier and keeps you on track!

💳 How do I pay my supervision fee?
Follow these steps to pay via CorrectPay for AR DOC supervision:

Access the Payment Portal:

Create or Log In:
Register or log in to your CorrectPay (VendEngine) account. -
Search for the Individual:
Use the Client ID (PID Number) and confirm the date of birth in MMDD format (e.g., 0105 for January 5). -
Add the Individual:
Go to “My Individuals” and add the person by last name initial or PID and DOB. -
Make a Payment:
Select “Select Service” → “Start Fee Payment Credit,” accept terms, and enter payment details.

🤝 Can I pay supervision fees for someone I’m not related to?
Yes! You can pay supervision fees for any individual under supervision, even if you’re not related. Just create an account and follow the payment steps.
💸 What if I can’t pay electronically?
Contact your Supervision Officer for alternative payment methods.

- Pay online via the Access Portal or
- Pay by phone: 1-855-836-3364 and follow prompts.
Note: The minimum payment through CorrectPay is $35 due to AR DOC security policies.

Your total owed amount is private. Please contact your Supervision Officer directly for your balance on:

👥 Can I put money on an ADC inmate’s account if I’m not related?
Yes! You can deposit money for any ADC inmate regardless of relationship.
💵 How do I deposit money on an ADC inmate’s account?
New Users:
- Visit: doc.arkansas.gov/correction/division-of-correction-inmate-banking
- Select “Make Trust Deposit” or “Make Phone Deposit”
- Create an account
- Search for the inmate by ID, first name, or last name
- Select inmate and proceed to payment
Returning Users:
- Visit the site above
- Select deposit type
- Log in
- Access “My Individuals” and select or add inmate
- Choose “Start Deposit” and complete payment
📏 What are the deposit limits?
- Commissary deposit: Max $100, Min $10
- Resident deposit: Max $300, Min $10
- Supervision payments: Max $2,000, Min $35
🚨 What happens if my account is flagged as fraud and I can’t pay?
- Accounts flagged for fraudulent credit card transactions are blocked for up to 3 years under Arkansas policy.
- Tyler Arkansas will email transaction details for chargebacks.
- You can send a money order for phone time prepaid cards instead.
- If your credit card company clears the charge, contact help@ina.ar.gov to request account review.
