Follow Steps 1, 2, and 3 on the homepage

If you do not see the "Phone Deposit" option, the facility may not offer that service. In that case, you’ll need to contact the facility directly for more information.
➡️ Hit Continue
You’ll be taken to another page where you can select the inmate you’re trying to reach.
Note: Some facilities may require you to log in to your account.
📱 On the CorrectPay App:

Open the app
-
From the "Select the Service" dropdown, choose "Phone Deposit"

Select the location of the inmate

Then choose the specific facility where the inmate is housed
➡️ Hit Continue
You’ll be taken to another page where you can select the inmate.
