Lobby Kiosk: Visit the kiosk inside the facility (please call the facility first to check if this service is available).
CorrectPay App: Use our app to make deposits anytime, anywhere.

🛒 For Commissary Deposits, follow these instructions:
On the Website: 🌐
Visit CorrectPay.com and follow steps 1, 2, and 3.
If the "Commissary Deposit" option isn’t showing, contact the facility for Commissary deposit details.
After logging in, click the "My Individuals" tab and add a profile by searching for the facility name.
Find the inmate by name, inmate ID, or DC #.
Once added, select Commissary Deposit under their name to make your deposit.
⚠️ Note: Some facilities require account verification via email, phone number, and Photo ID.
Using the CorrectPay App: 📱
Open the app and select "Commissary Deposit."
Choose the inmate’s location and facility.
Click Continue to select the inmate.
Some facilities require a visitor account to make Commissary deposits. If so, please log in or register.
Go to "My Individuals" and add a profile by searching for the facility name.
Find the inmate by name, inmate ID, or DC #.
Select the service under their name and make your deposit.
