💻 Using the Website (CorrectPay.com)
- Go to CorrectPay.com on your computer or phone browser.

Fill out the following:
- 🗺️ Step 1: Choose your State
- 🏢 Step 2: Choose the Facility
- ✉️ Step 3: Select the Service – choose Send Message
- Click Continue.
- 📋 Select the inmate you wish to message.
- 🧾 Follow the prompts to type your message.
- ✅ Click Send Message to send!
📱 Using the CorrectPay App
- 📲 Download the CorrectPay app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Open the app and tap Send Message.
- Fill out:
- 🗺️ Step 1: Select your State
- 🏢 Step 2: Select the Facility
- 👤 Choose your inmate.
- 🧾 Complete the prompts to create your message.
- ✅ Tap Send Message to send!
💡 Important Notes
- 💵 Some facilities may require you to fund your Personal Tech Account before sending messages. The system will let you know if this is needed.
- 🔁 In some facilities, your inmate will also need Inmate Tech Funds in order to reply to your message. This is not required at all facilities.
- Always double-check the selected facility and inmate to ensure your message goes to the right person!
❓ What If I Don’t See the Messaging Option?
🚫 If “Send Message” isn’t showing up for your selected facility, messaging isn’t available through CorrectPay.
