📱 If the Message Was Sent to Your Phone:
The message will arrive like a regular text message.
You’ll receive a link in the message — click it to view the inmate’s message.
In that same area, you'll see an option to reply directly.
📧 If the Message Was Sent to Your Email:
It will arrive in your email inbox.
Click the link in the email to read the message.
You’ll also see an option to send a reply in the same location.
💡 Important Note:
Some facilities require you to have funds on your Personal Tech Account before you can respond to a message. If you're unable to reply, check your account balance or try adding funds first.
