Starting December 9th, Williamson County will update their visitor and resident accounts, affecting how you message and connect with inmates.
🆕 New CorrectPay Visitor Account
Beginning the week of December 2nd, you can create a new CorrectPay Visitor Account at:

This new account will allow you to make deposits to a Tech Account for inmates, which covers communication services like:
✉️ Messaging
🎥 Video Visitation
💬 Video Chat
Additionally, there will be Premium Content Services such as games, radio, and movies.
Residents can start using these Tech Accounts on December 10th.
💵 Commissary Accounts (TBE Visitor Account)

Your existing TBE Visitor Account will still be used for:
Buying commissary items
Transferring funds for phone time
📅 Video Visitation Scheduling
For visits on the weekend of December 14 & 15 and beyond, a CorrectPay Visitor Account is required for video visits.
Visits on December 7 & 8 will still use the TBE Visitor Account.
Video visitation scheduling can only be done online via the CorrectPay account starting December 14.
⚠️ Important Notes
Funds cannot be transferred between Tech Accounts and Commissary Accounts.
Funds are non-refundable, even if the inmate is released.
Tech Account deposits can only be made online.
