What is a Collect Message?
If you don’t want to make a separate deposit into the resident's tech account, the resident can send you a “Collect Message” instead IF the jail has the setting turned on.
How Does It Work?

The resident selects “Collect Message” on their end and types their message.

You will receive a notification asking if you want to accept the collected message.

If you select Yes, the funds for the message will be deducted from your personal tech account.
Important Notes ⚠️

Funds from your personal tech account cannot be transferred to the resident’s account. The system isn’t designed for this.

You’ll see pop-up messages asking you to confirm where the funds are going (either your account or the resident’s account), depending on your choice.
