You will need to check to see if messaging is a service we offer first through correctpay.com for that particular facility.
Select step one as the state, step two as facility, and see if step three has messaging. Then search for the inmate. Where it says attach files is where you would add your picture. Depending on the facility, the messaging may or may not come at no cost to you.
Note: If "attach files" is not an option there, then pictures cannot be sent to facility in question or the inmate has reached their monthly limit for receiving attachments.
