Current Spending Limits
π Standard Commissary
- Inmates may spend up to $150 per week on commissary items. Note: Customer's can order up to $150.00 before fees.
ποΈ Property Program
- Inmates may spend up to $80 per month on approved property items. Note: Customer's can order up to $80.00 before fees.
Important Information

- TN DOC prioritizes inmate-placed orders first.
- If an inmate reaches their weekly or monthly limit:
- Additional orders may be declined or not fulfilled
- This includes orders placed by friends, family, or third parties
What This Means for You
- Spending limits are set by TN DOC and cannot be adjusted
- Orders must stay within the allowed limits for the order to be processed successfully
- If multiple orders are placed, they are processed in the order received, with inmate orders taking priority
- Orders exceeding limits may be:
- Rejected
- Delayed
- Partially fulfilled
