🌐 Step 1: Go to the Website

Click “Login” in the top‑right corner of the page
📱 On mobile: Tap the ☰ (three‑line menu) in the top‑right corner, then tap “Login”
Select “CorrectPay Visitor Login”
Enter your email address and password
🆕 Don’t have an account?
Click “Create Account” and follow the prompts to register
👤 Step 3: Add the Inmate
Once logged in:
Go to “My Individuals”
Click “Add Individual”
Search for and select the inmate
ℹ️ Make sure the inmate is at a facility supported by CorrectPay.
🧾 Step 4: Select a Service
Click “Select Service” next to the inmate
Choose the service you’d like:
👕 Property Program (clothing, shoes, electronics)
🍫 Standard Commissary (food, snacks, toiletries)

A disclaimer message will appear
