1️⃣ Go to CorrectPay.com or open the CorrectPay app
2️⃣ Select the State as Tennessee
3️⃣ Choose the prison/facility where your loved one is located
4️⃣ Click on “Family and Friends”
5️⃣ Search for and select your inmate
6️⃣ Create an account or log in if you already have one
7️⃣ After logging in, add your inmate under the “My Individuals” section
8️⃣ Once your inmate is added, go to “My Individuals” to start your order
