Inmates in the Tennessee Department of Correction (TN DOC) have spending limits set by the DOC for both commissary and property program items:

📦 Property Program Limit: $65 per month
🗓️ How spending limits work:
The weekly limit is calculated from Sunday to Saturday.
The date that matters is the order processing date, not the date the order was placed.
👉 Example: If an order is placed on Friday, but processed on Monday, it counts toward Monday's week.
📌 Why the inmate may be blocked:
If an inmate reaches their spending limit for the week or month, any additional orders will be blocked until the limit resets.
