When you deposit funds into an inmate’s phone time account through our system, those funds go into their general phone time balance. This means the inmate can use the phone time to call anyone allowed by the facility.
If you want the inmate to be restricted to calling only your number, you’ll need to contact the phone time vendor directly. They can tell you if it’s possible to set up phone time funds specifically for your phone number.
Unfortunately, we don’t have access to the phone time providers’ policies or options regarding this.
