When you make a deposit, the funds are sent to the inmate’s phone time provider listed on your receipt.
You can find the phone time provider name under the Deposit Summary section of your receipt.
What Happens After You Deposit
Once the deposit is submitted:
- The funds are transferred to the phone time provider.
- The provider then applies the funds to the inmate’s account so they can place calls.
Processing Time
Please note that it may take a few days for the funds to be processed and for the inmate to be able to make calls.
If the inmate does not see the funds after a few business days, please have them initiate a grievance at their facility.
