Inmates cannot receive incoming calls. They can only make outgoing calls to approved friends and family. To talk with your loved one, you need to deposit phone funds into their account so they can call you when allowed.
💸 How to Deposit Phone Time
You can add phone funds through:
- CorrectPay.com (website)
- The CorrectPay mobile app
- The facility’s own phone provider (contact the facility directly to confirm)
⚠️ Note: Not all facilities offer phone time services. If you don’t see phone deposit options, check with the facility for details.
🖥️ Using the CorrectPay Website:
- Visit CorrectPay.com
- Follow steps 1, 2, and 3 on the site.
- If “Phone Deposit” is not listed as an option, contact the facility to ask about phone services.
- If available, select “Phone Deposit”, then:
- Choose the inmate’s location
- Select the facility
- Select the inmate
- Continue to complete the payment.
📱 Using the CorrectPay App:
- Open the CorrectPay app
- From the “Select the service” dropdown, choose “Phone Deposit”
- Select the inmate’s location
- Select the facility
- Select the inmate
- Proceed with your payment
