Overview
If you receive a "High Risk of Fraud" message while attempting to make a deposit, our payment system has temporarily flagged the transaction for additional security review.
This security measure is designed to help protect customer accounts and prevent unauthorized or potentially fraudulent transactions. Receiving this message does not necessarily indicate an issue with your account or payment method.
How to Resolve the Issue
In many cases, the issue can be resolved by starting a new browsing session.
Please follow these steps:
- Close your current browser tab.
- Open a new browser tab or browser window.
- Visit www.correctpay.com.
- Sign in to your CorrectPay account.
- Attempt your deposit again.
Refreshing your session often resolves the issue and allows the transaction to process successfully.
