How Do I Login to/Use TBE?

Login to Your TBE Account:

1. Go to https://correctpay.com/visitor-account-login/
    

2. Select the blue "TBE - Visitor Login" button.
    

   

3. Enter your login information.
   Your account's username will be your email. Please view this article for help with this step: Login Issue Article
   
    
4. Once logged in, your account should open to "Recent Activity"

   Make a Deposit/Use Our Services From TBE:
   

1. Click on the "My Individuals" Tab
    
2. Click on "Add New Individual"
    
3. Respond to Facility and Name prompts.
   
   
   
   
    

4. Click "Save" after confirming the individual

5. Click "Select Service" to view all available services we offer at facility for the resident.
   
   Please note: the service "Start Deposit (Credit)" is for the resident's trust account, also referred to as the "Canteen" or "Commissary" account, which can be used for general purchase by the resident.
