We’ve updated the visitor search experience in CorrectPay. You can now search for an inmate directly using their DOC/Inmate ID number—no facility selection required.
What’s New
- Search for inmates using their DOC/Inmate ID number only
- No need to select or know the facility beforehand
- Faster and more streamlined search experience
How to Use the New Search Feature
- Log in to your CorrectPay account
- Click on "My Individuals"
- Select the option to add a new inmate
- Enter the inmate’s DOC/Inmate ID number
- Click Search
✅ Result:
The inmate will appear without needing to choose a facility, and you can add them to your favorites.
Important Notes
- This update applies only to CorrectPay
- This feature is not available on TBE

- Ensure you are logged into the correct CorrectPay account
